There’re 3 grades of cellulite appearance:
- Grade 1 (mild cellulite) – You’ve smooth skin while laying down & standing up
- Grade 2 (moderate cellulite) – You’ve smooth skin when lying down, but some dimpling appears when stand up.
- Grade 3 (severe cellulite) –Dimpling appears when you stand & lay down
Women that are more likely to get cellulite:
Women who intake excessive carbohydrate, fats, and salt and too little fiber are expected to have greater amount of cellulite.
It is also more common in smokers, those who don’t work out, and those who stand or site in one posture for a prolonged period of time.
Underwear that comes with tight elastic across the buttocks can restrict the flow of blood, and this may contribute to the building up of cellulite.
Cellulite is more common with fat women, but slim & fit women can suffer from it as well. It’s more expected to take place after 25, but it can affect younger women also, including teenagers.
