GLO guarantees your Glo910 or Glo910 + device for a period of ONE (1) YEAR and THREE (3) MONTHS for the heads from the date of purchase, against manufacturing defects. If you discover a defect and notify GLO during the warranty period, we will replace the device for free.

The warranty covers working parts that affect the function of the device. It DOES NOT cover cosmetic deterioration caused by fair use and damage caused by accident, misuse or neglect. Any attempt to open or disassemble the device (or its heads) will void the warranty.
