GLO warrants Glo910 and Glo910+ for a period of ONE (1) YEAR and THREE (3) MONTHS for the rollers after the original date of purchase, against defects due to faulty workmanship or materials. If you discover a defect and notify GLO during the warranty period, we will replace the device free of charge.

The warranty covers working parts that affect the device’s function. It does NOT cover purely cosmetic deterioration caused by fair wear and damage caused by accident, misuse or neglect. Any attempt to open or disassemble the device (or its rollers) will void the warranty.
